Fort Amsterdam (Philipsburg)
Located on a peninsula, it is the first Dutch fortification in the Caribbean Island.

Fort St-Louis (Marigot)
Fortification which goes back to 1767 under Louis XIV. Its mission was to defend the cargo warehouses of Marigot where harvests, such as, coffee, sugar and rhum were stocked.
