1- The prices stated on this site are in U.S. dollars.

2- The prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3- The only way to guarantee a reservation is by making a deposit and signing a rental agreement.

4- The tenant must deposit 50% upon signing the contract in addition to the security deposit.

5- The total amount of the rent must be paid 30 days before entering the premises.

6- Taxes are not included. In Florida, taxe rates vary by county (9% to 13%). In St-Martin, taxe rate is 9%.

7- The tenant will be held responsible for any wreckage and/or damage to the property during his stay.

8- A security deposit will be required upon the signing of the rental agreement. The amount may vary depending on the type of the selected property. This deposit will be refunded within 15 days following the conditions of the rental agreement.

9- No cancellation will be accepted within 30 days of your arrival.

10- The properties are rented at a higher price during the holidays. Please contact us to know the details.

11- The present information is subject to the contents of the rental agreement, which will prevail.
