Ascend the winding, formal staircase to the second level with ocean views from the second floor balcony and plenty of seating to watch the sunset. The second floor is a master suite with 2 balconies, one with a pool view and the other with an ocean view. A den area is perfect for office or small child's bedroom offering a queen size sofa bed.
On the main living is a large formal dining room for entertaining and grand meals which looks onto the pool area. The kitchen has mahogany cabinets with stainless steel top of the line appliances built for a gourmet chef. Open bar with bar stools allows your guests to be part of the cooking show.
French doors and lots of windows make the main floor an inviting environment. Descend to the separated first floor wing where you will find a laundry room with plenty of storage and cabinet space. There is a second master suite with a large bed and plush linens, a large private cabana bath with Jacuzzi tub and glass stall shower, huge walk-in closet with built ins.
